Peanut Sauce
Serves 6
1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Tamari (or low sodium soy sauce)
2 tbsps Sesame Oil (dark)
2 tbsps Rice Vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 Green Chilli (finely diced)
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 clove Garlic (crushed and diced)
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Mix the sesame oil, Tamari, grated ginger, garlic, diced green chilli, maple syrup and rice vinegar or lemon juice. In a small pot warm the peanut butter and water until it is a smooth paste. Add the rest of the sauce and cook for a few minutes. Check for heat and then add the chilli flakes.
