Summer Breakfast Smoothie
This is a favourite in my home it has all 6 tastes and good for all Doshas and is a nourishing way to start a summer day.
Make sure you use very ripe pineapple or reduce the quantity of pineapple so that it does not aggravate the Pitta dosha.

Ingredients
1 cup Fresh Pineapple (approximately 3 slices)
1 Banana
1 tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 cup Water
1 Cucumber (small) (Roughly chopped)
1 Handful Parsley
1 Handful Mint Leaves
Directions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
