Ayurveda considers coriander both a warming and cooling herb. Coriander helps the body to get rid of excess heat and toxins. It detoxifies the body and keeps the body cool and fresh. It soothes the digestive tract, and fights inflammation.

In Ayurveda, this herb is often associated with freshness and taste. Mint leaves are very effective in digestive health as they pacifies all doshas especially pitta and treat respiratory disorders.
