As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my goal is to give you concrete tools, that can be immediately applied, to gain an outstanding sense of well-being. I will guide you through that process, with a customized roadmap that helps you attain goals that have been otherwise elusive.
My philosophy focuses on a back-to-basics approach. One that helps you sort out where to start and make small changes that grow over time. Together, we will find your own personal version of wellness. This means that instead of forcing you into one particular mindset of healing, I will work with you on your own terms to build on what's working.

“Ama” is toxic matter that builds up in your blood vessels because your physiology cannot get rid of it efficiently. An example is Arterial plaque. These toxins may come in the form of heavy metals or other toxic chemicals and unwanted substances that can get trapped in the body due to everyday living in an imperfect environment, stress, wear and tear, inappropriate diet, or unexpressed emotions.
