Chia w/Raspberries & Almonds
Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, fibre, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. Soaking these seeds preferably overnight or at least a couple of hours is advisable.
Once the seeds have been soaked, they become gelatinous increasing the water and earth elements. They have a cooling potency. Chia Seeds pacify Vata and Pitta, but aggravate Kapha. They are therefore great to hydrate, nourish and cool. Perfect for summer days.
